The Country Designs Collection of building plans has been developed with two things primarily in mind. First, we wanted to create structures that were aesthetically pleasing and architecturally correct for their periods. Secondly, we wanted to present these designs in a format of maximum clarity, including sufficient detail to assure satisfactory execution. In the case of the smaller buildings, many are built by home craftsmen, some with limited experience in this area. Accordingly, structural as well as decorative features are laid out in great detail to assure a complete understanding and successful completion of the project. Many of the larger buildings are conventionally framed and can be built by more experienced builders from the plans, elevations and sections given. Exterior and interior trim features such as cornices, entry ways, etc. are extensively detailed.

Drawings include floor plans, foundations and footings (where applicable), highly detailed elevations, structural sections, and details of exterior and interior trim, all done to a large, easily readible scale. Prints are 18" x 24" or 24" x 36" blueline or ozlid process.
